While our core catalog secures the physical, financial, and material lines of adult independence, the internal mental health realities of adult autism present an entirely separate, life-critical challenge. Transitioning away from childhood structures often triggers severe internal vulnerability, anxiety spikes, and deep clinical depression that standard state services are unequipped to handle. Look for our upcoming fifth volume detailing the emergency protocols required to survive clinical shortages, psychiatric medication red tape, and the systemic gaps that occur outside of standard therapy hours.
Independence is a marathon, not a sprint. We hope our strategies, state blueprints, and resources bring your family the exact same peace, safety, and triumph they brought ours! Good luck!

Please Note: I publish my writings under the pen name David Heartwood to protect my son's identity and privacy as there is some VERY sensitive and personal information in the 'Journey' book. However, I believe in absolute honesty and transparency. If you should ever want to confirm anything, ask questions, or just need a fellow very experienced autism parent to talk to, you can reach out to me directly by phone [or video call], text, or email at any time! I will be happy to talk to or help any parent in any possible way, thank you, yours sincerely, Mike.
